April through June is deemed to be the best time to visit Malta. Being less crowded, April and May bring in a lot of generous deals on hotels, putting a start for a stunning beach season. This is also a perfect time for bright Maltese village festas. July through September is considered to be most humid and touristic season.
Malta becomes an unforgettable hiking place as it gets greener in autumn months. You'll never regret visiting this island in late autumn, because it's another spring with enjoyable sailing and kayaking. Winter months are the wettest and the coldest. Still, you can take part in Carnival in February or even surf.
