The Festival Château Perché is a multi-day visual arts and music event held at Ainay-le-Vieil, a medieval fortress located in the Cher department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. The fortress with tall walls, moats, and beautiful gardens is a perfect location to feature a selection of the best of European techno and deep house on more than ten stages. Well, Château Perché is not just about music. It offers exhibitions, shows, lots of delicious food and parties. Costume themes like “La Belle Epoque” or “Tribute to Charles Freger’s Photography” add to the overall insane atmosphere and decorations.

Château Perché was born in 2015. It draws about 6,000 festival-goers every summer. The festival features more than 200 live acts inside and around the castle. This event is an enchanting playground for adults that won't be easy to forget. Progressivism, weirdness, madness, communion, glitter—it's all here!

Château Perché lineups will make techno-fans happy. The festival offers a free campsite where everyone can bring own tent and camp with other festival-goers. For those who don't want to bring a tent, organisers set up some tipis.
